How do I get a person to talk to. I am really, really tired of this run around. Microsoft 11 has really botched my PC. My son, a networking specialist, was UNABLE TO SOLVE this problem. WHERE ARE MY XBOX GAMES FOR PC, which I PAY $9.99 monthly.

When I said I downloaded "11", I meant WINDOWS 11. When I played XBOX games for PC, I entered through Window"s pathway from boxes on Window"s entry system. I never downloaded an app. Solitaire, majhong, and jigsaw puzzle were part of Microsoft Games offered for PC. Paid for through Microsoft games., $9.99 monthly.

When you open the Xbox app on your PC, no games are showed there? What exactly the app showed you when you open it?

Also, you said you installed, 11 of them, you cannot see them installed on your PC?

They installed Windows 11, not "installed 11" games.

So I just searched Library-NO RESULTS. I searched XBOX GAMES FOR PC-NO RESULTS. I have been on my account and know the games are paid for this month. My son followed ALL of MICROSOFT prompts WITHOUT RESULTS. I played the games Monday, downloaded "11" Tuesday and after that all my problems began

You need to update all of your Xbox game component. Just search for Xbox

Go to the store click library, click “get updates”
