Xbox games for gold won't load

Hi so I've downloaded this months games for gold and some of them won't load it just says I don't own the game

I have tryed doing a power cycle on my xbox and I've also tryed unplugging it for half hour then plugging it back in as well as redownloading the games

Any help would be appreciated

Cloud storage won't work with a 2 day gold trial. Requires at least a full month of Xbox Live Gold.

If you have Gold on the One you also have Gold on the 360 if you log into the console with the account that has Gold. Buy a month of Gold on the One and use that to load save games into the cloud and access them from the Xbox One. Backward compatible games
won't transfer, they need to be downloaded to Xbox One from within My Games and Apps.

This is what they have said "We are aware that some users may experience issues when trying to launch Games with Gold title: Knights of Pen and Paper Bundle. Our teams are investigating and working on
a fix!"
