    Xbox Games Folder empty


    When I download a game and specify its localization, the game is not present in the specified folder. Deleting this folder doesn't affect the game and I can't find where the game was downloaded. By default I assume it was placed in windowsapp but it's not the location I requested. Also my version of xboxapp doesn't have all the manage options like moving a game already downloaded.
    2304.1001.15.0 ( Xboxapp) 12.76.13001.0 (Gaming services) 5.823.3261.0 (Xbox Game Bar)

    Hello Thanks for your answers, after following each of the suggested indications the problem remains the same. Every game downloaded with xboxapp or the store goes into windowsapp despite all the localisation changes and updates made. I suppose i will reinstall windows completely and hope that this fixes the problem.

    It seems that we have done most of the available troubleshooting steps but still the problem persists. In order for our technical group diagnose further, you can report your issue by using the Report a Problem app on Xbox consoles or the Windows Feedback Hub on Windows devices. To report a problem on console: Provide feedback to Team Xbox | Xbox Support.

    Submitting a bug through the Xbox App.

    • Navigate to the top right of the application and select your Gamer pic icon
    • Select "Feedback" in the drop-down menu
    • Select "Report a problem."
    • Click "Give new feedback."
    • Add [Xbox Forum] in "Summarize your feedback," followed by a feedback summary
    • The category should automatically be selected.
    • Once complete, post the title of the bug report along with the submission date in this thread.

    Thank you for your answer, the problem persists even after following your advice.
    My version of windows is Windows Version 22H2 I don't know exactly when the problem started, I never noticed the problem, the games were working perfectly.

    I followed the troubleshooter to uninstall and reinstall the gaming services. My xboxapp seems to be the current version
