    I purchased Resident Evil 7 and Cuphead in my Xbox, I try to download in my laptop with Windows 10 but there is only the option to purchased again, I log in with the same account

    To make sure, are you logged into the Xbox App on your Windows 10 laptop specifically, with that account? If so, try signing out of the Xbox App, then reboot your laptop, and sign back into the Xbox App again after that. Do you see any change?

    It did not work, since it sends me to the Microsoft store, first of all it does not find the cuphead game and when clicking on any game nothing happens, for example in Resident Evil or Gears of War

    Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, you will need to click the install to download any digital content for PC.

    If you have a Windows 10 device, you can now use the Xbox app to connect to the Xbox Live service.

    If you’re having problems installing the Games for Windows Live app, or connecting to the Xbox Live service, see

    That's because you forgot that games for Windows is shutdown years ago you have to download the steam games for Windows client

    There are no more servers
