xbox games don't launch anymore

Hello everyone,

(sorry for my english I'm french)

I renewed my xbox game pass ultimate subscription for a month since 10 days but I couldn't launch any game.

I tried uninstall and reinstall games, those steps works but when i click play I got this error :

When I try to play No Man's Sky I get a different error :

I already tried multiple solutions found on internet but it seems they were outdated so it doesn't work.

I feel like I spent money for nothing with this subscription, please help me.

I appreciate you trying the steps! Kindly sign in at account.microsoft.com/services to make sure you're on the right account where your game pass is purchased. Once confirmed, open File Explorer using the Windows key + E shortcut.

In the address bar paste the following line:

%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\TokenBroker

If there are Accounts and Cache folders available make sure that you delete them. After removing the cache, try to start the Xbox app again.

Thanks for your reply, thibautpenhard. Kindly delete all files in C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache, and then reboot your pc.

This will only rescan all your downloaded files in just a few minutes then will let you launch the game.
