Xbox games crashing

Every game on my Xbox One S crashes after about 1 hour of playing, and then you have to wait a few hours to play it again. I have tried everything the support has thus far told me to try. Here is the list of what I have so far done without any results:

Hard resetting the console (leaving it off for about 20 seconds, on the seconds attempt about 5 minutes)

Unplugging the console (leaving it for again 20 seconds and again second attempt about 5 minutes)

Uninstalling then re-installing (I waited until the next day to re-install)

Resetting the console to factory defaults (I left it in this state for about one hour before setting it up again)

Deleting save-states

Clearing out space (I ended up with about only 50% of my total space in use after this)

If you have any other suggestions I would greatly appreciate it, you can reply to this forum with little chance I'll see it or contact me on Xbox, gamer tag is .

forza horizon 3 keeps crashing

my xbox keeps crashing fh3 but i can plays other games without problems. I already re-installed the game and the game keeps crashing. Can somebody help me??

MY XBONE JUST DIED!!!!!!!

It's not just BF4, DR3 as well is crashing on me. Google Xbox One games crashing. There are also several threads in the XO support forum discussing it.

I left out that I did close the games from the home menu, my bad!

Also if it's in parenthesis I didn't know if it was an important detail.

Hey ImmortalKreeper,

For me this sounds like its overheating.

Is the Console placed in a well vented area with enough free space around it? Make sure there isnt anything close to it and blocks the air ventilation and it isnt placed near other devices that produce heat.

Also can you hear the fan running when you turn the Console on?

Further you might want to plug it directly into a wall outlet without extension cables or surge protectors in between.

If its placed in a well vented area you can try the Offline Update. Follow this link: Xbox One System Updates | Offline System Updates and select
the option on the right there.

If you have that all checked and tried everything your Console might needs to be repaired. For that go to:

devicesupport.microsoft.com

register your Console if you havent already done that, click on it and follow the process.

These two games on Xbox 360 are worth a good amount of money but they're nowhere near as good as the original Crash Bandicoot games (the last true Crash Bandicoot was Twinsanity).

When I play alone my game does'nt crash. I try reboot several times but the game crash again. (the problem only appears on PC, on Xbox the game never crash)

Halo infinite was hard crashing a lot for me at launch but then seemed to work perfectly through December and now after the most recent update I’m back to crashing almost every game. The game even crashes in the main menu sometimes. Half the time it crashes to Xbox dashboard half the time it shuts the whole Xbox off. I’m on a series x. I’ve done all the troubleshooting tips. This game is broken.

The Homefront game works ok, its just the Timesplitters 2 unlockable game that has crashed. I read about the game crashing before when the unlock code was found. I wanted to know if Timesplitters 2 crashes without using the code to unlock the later levels.

I dont think that the Xbox One is crashing, because when it happens the game will freeze with no sound and i can still press the Xbox Guide button to get to the menu and exit to dashboard.
