    Xbox games Crash/Load on Pc.


    While playing Destiny 2 the game randomly crashes and shuts off with no error code or reason given. Downloaded Civilization using the Xbox app, the game attempts to open, fails at the initial loading screen, and crashes/disappears exactly like Destiny 2. None of my Xbox games work. I have verified the integrity of the game files. I have ran chkdsk. I have deleted all Game Services apps and components. I have deleted XBOX app and all my games as well as everything related to Xbox. I have redownloaded. I have ran windows update to scan for an update I don't have. I have used Geforce Experience to see if I have the correct graphic drivers which I do. Nothing at all works. I just renewed my Xbox game pass for no reason. This has all started happening in the last week and I'm extremely unhappy with the service. It is very likely that if this is not fixed or resolved I will just go back to playing games on Steam. At least their **** works.

    Does anyone know of anyway to resolve this issue? Im happy to tell you if Ive done what you are suggesting. I have looked and attempted atleast 20 different scans and suggestions. Also the xbox.com support doesnt load for me at all. In every single browser it just shows a loading xbox symbol mid screen which is just absolutely stupid. I cant even get help or suggestions over there.

    SUBNAUTICA below Zero not loading game past the initial Warning screen?

    no error messages, the game never technically crash, just never load.

    no issues with any other games on PC gamepass, or computer in general.

    We know that we are not able to resolve your problem on our first troubleshooting suggestions.

    If you have not tried this "In-place-upgrade", kindly follow the steps and let us see if this would work.

    1. Go to this link - Download Windows 11
    2. Under Create Windows 11 Installation Media, please select the + Before you begin. From this step you will read a detailed instruction how to perform the upgrade.
    3. Please choose "Download now".
      NOTE: Please make sure to select Keep personal files and apps. Otherwise, do not continue!

    Please update us if the game continues to crash after this troubleshooting.

    I believe I answered most of this already but for the sake of it

    This started happening within the last week.

    This happens to all xbox games on my pc. Some allow me to load into the game but crash within 30 mins, some dont allow me to load into the game at all and just crash immediately with no error code.

    Yes all my drivers are up to date and my windows is up to date with no updates pending.

    Im using the latest version of windows 11.

    I have verified my file integrity on EACH game I have tried to run/load/play.

    Unsure of what you mean about increasing virtual memory on my computer?

    I have tried closing all non essential background programs/windows.
