Xbox games are slow to startup

Hello friends,

When starting up a game whether it is fifa 14 or cod ghosts sometimes my xbox will start the game but be extrememly slow on startup. An example would be fifa 14 when it loads it will bring up the flag of the country of the language you use and it will be
extrememly slow and almost seem like it will freeze. Restarting the xbox by holding the power button for 10 seconds fixes it but it is just annoying everytime i turn my console on to have to restart it because of the game being slow. What could possibly be
wrong? I tried uninstalling and restalling and that doesnt do anything

So I fixed my issue seems to be caused by files being corrupted, i first deleted the cache, formated xbox, then redownloaded account, and it has fixed the issue! If you try this recommend at least saving game saves to flash drive.

Try resetting the console to factory defaults.

Settings > System > Restore factory defaults.

That will most likely fix the issue.

This process will wipe everything from the console. Its basically a format. So when you will launch it after you will just need to re-download the games that you already owned or purchased on the marketplace.
