    Hey everyone, I have a serious question. I recently have been trying to buy new games and even download free ones from the store on Xbox and it keeps giving me the message "try that again, waiting a bit might help"... it's been about a week now and I still
    can't download anything. No updates on my Xbox, I've tried a hard reboot, signing in and out numerous times and finally online I saw someone say that a soft reboot was the answer... so I did that except only to find out that any and every game and app I had
    on my Xbox is now gone. I go to the store and it still won't let me install even the old games I had on my Xbox originally. The weirdest part is my storage never changed so it's like my games are still downloaded but they're not. Does anyone have any idea
    what's going on here because I've never had problems with Xbox until this last week or so. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you!

    Hi! I'm sorry that happened to you, and a lot of people have been having issues because of maintenance they are doing. If you haven't tried already; try shutting down your xbox, unplugging it for 3 mins (to clear the cache), and turn it back on. That shouldn't
    make any of your games disappear either. You can also try talking to support (I'll leave a link) but they are a little backed up at the moment just a heads up.

    yea I've tried that I know things are busy right now I appreciate the help a lot!

    Hopefully Xbox releases an update and it's not just me. let me know if this is happening to anyone else... very worried about all my games and apps not being able to get back on my xbox.

    You would have to download it thru your download history or games ands aoos menu as they would show as installable or not

    You never goto the marketplace to redownload anything
