Xbox games and family use

I bought games as the primary user on our families Xbox One S. When my wife or son want to play them on that same device, they get a pop up that the person/account that bought the app needs to log in to play it. Is there a setting to allow them to be able
to simply play those games without my login?

If you set the xbox as your home xbox it will ask if you want to share your gold services with your family and then let other members access the games on the account

Yes, if you set that console to your "Home Console"
then anyone that signs in on that console can play games you own as well in addition to being able to use Xbox Live Gold.
