    Hi,

    My son has historically used my xbox account to sign into games and link with friends. However, I've recently separated from my sons mum and its proving problematic for son to use / sign into my account to play games etc.

    Is there any way of transferring his games, progress and conneections onto his own email/xbox account?

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    I can download games that are not connected with xbox game pass the ones that are connected with xbox game pass is just saying pending.

    Thanks for reaching out. here in Xbox Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with getting disconnected or kicked
    out games.

    To help clarify:

    • Does the game crash to the home screen?
    • Do you get disconnected from Xbox Live?

    I recommend taking a look at the following troubleshooting article: "My
    Xbox One is getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live    ".

    Try this and let us know the results.

    You can't transfer items among accounts and that goes for game saves and achievements. The only way to share is through xbox home account.
