Xbox Games and Apps not working.

Discus and support Xbox Games and Apps not working. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Everytime I go to open a game, it doesnt matter which game, I get the “Something went Wrong” pop up and I get the error code 0x800706ba ....     Xbox Games and Apps not working.


    Everytime I go to open a game, it doesnt matter which game, I get the “Something went Wrong” pop up and I get the error code 0x800706ba .

    Another bit of info. Games wil start if you make sure you're disconnected completly from the internet. No apps or online functions but at least you can play your games. Hope this helps some people. I know this is frustrating but this isn't as bad as the
    time Sony's network was down for 3 months. lol

    So with things not working while online makes me wonder if the reason is because the Xbox is not sending information but receiving it because it does load ads n whatnot... Idk just a thought. cant fix anything if you dont know the cause of the problem

    If Yes

    You can also report this problem using the Xbox Insider Hub app so we can investigate it further:

    1. On your console, install the
      Xbox Insider Hub
      app (if you don’t already have it).
    2. Hold down the Xbox button on the controller.
    3. On the power menu, select Report a problem.
    4. Describe the problem in detail, including when it happened, if you saw any specific error codes or messages, and if you were using any specific games, software, hardware, or accessories when you encountered the problem.

    Can You Please Try Hard Resting Your Console By Doing So Below

    1) Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button
    on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

    2) Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button
    on the console or the Xbox button
    on your controller.

  5. If you go to your settings and then into network/network settings and test network connection. It says xbox is experiencing purchase and content usage problems. That might be your issue and hopefully cleared up soon.
