    I want to change my gamertag but when I go to the website it tells me to add a "profile address". They only give me the option to put an address in the U.S but I don't live in the U.S.

    Edit: It does give have the option to change country or region but wont let me click on it to change it.

    Hi there Rahm, my name is Gerardo and I'm an Xbox player like you. I'll be happy to help.

    I'm afraid that it's not possible to change Gamertags without incurring the corresponding cost for each change. It is necessary to pay to change the Gamertag in one account so that it is released and then with the other account also pay for the change to get that other released Gamertag. Please be aware that after changing the Gamertag, it may take a couple of days for it to appear as unused, as it can take some time for the change to propagate across the entire Xbox ecosystem.

    I understand that it may seem unnecessary, but unfortunately, there's no way to avoid paying for both Gamertag changes. Also please keep in mind that in this forum we are players like you trying to help other players.
