    I'm trying to change my Xbox profile picture and I get the same message every time I tried to upload a variety of pictures that it allows. I can't change it via Xbox One X, mobile phone app or PC app. Can you help with this please? Thank you.

    Unfortunately right now the feature is disabled and it is not known when it will be enabled again:
