    Xbox Gamertag not working


    Everytime I try to change my gamertag- it wont alow me- it repeats “Sorry something went wrong- try your gamertag again” I have the money to buy a new gamertag but it still wont let me. Can someone help me

    Every time I try changing my Gamertag it just says to try again. I came to these forums and I am seeing the same results. Not sure if it's a server issue or what but I also tried changing it on a website.

    4 days later....and this sorry excuse of a company still cant get something as simple as fixing a gamertag issue done. lol it'll be a month before these clowns get a clue on how to fix it. Congrats...you guys just lost another customer....
    Yeah I chatted with xbox customer service and tried alerting to this Friday, I even inspected the calls from the website and alerted them which call to the server was failing..... not sure what else I can do. I know OPEN SOURCE IT and let the community apply fixes.
