I really didn't want my gamertag to be changed because now someone has took my old gamertag and I don't like this one that has been given to me.

The email and New Gamertag have nothing to do with each other I made that email a long time ago.

Hi, forced gamertag changes are only imposed under certain circumstances. Having your personal info, name etc isn't recommended but also isn't against the terms of use or code of conduct.

my gamer tag includes my first and last name and i would like a force gamer tag change.

A "Forced" change is only legitimately possible for the following reasons:
support.xbox.com/.../forced-gamertag-change

However, because yours contains personal information you may be able to contact support at 1-800-4MY-XBOX for a free change. I think this is unlikely, however. Good luck.

Please do not post personal information like your email address on a public forum.

When the enforcement team issues a forced gamertag change, you're given a randomly generated tag that would be two words followed by numbers. The tag you have now, is not a randomly generated tag.

If you changed the tag, you would need to change it to something else.

If you believe your account has been compromised and someone else changed the tag, you would need to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

if a Forced Name Change (FNC) has happened im going to guess that people have been reporting it or Microsoft have flagged it for some reason , theres not much you can do about it other then change it again to all most match what it was in the first place.

The Xbox Policy Enforcement Team only issues forced Gamertag changes to Gamertags that violate the ToU and Code of Conduct. When a Forced Gamertag Change is issued, your Gamertag is converted to a randomly generated tag. I'd recommend just gathering up
the $9.99 and paying for a change, since your Gamertag does not seem to be in violation of the rules, and I do not foresee a Forced Gamertag Change being issued for it.
