Xbox gamertag different on the 360 as the website

I've had this problem for a really long time and I wanted to see what kind of Xbox Gold Membership deals they have here on the website, but everytime I sign in, my gamertag is . I changed it to Queen Jewell as soon as I even got an account
which was over a year ago but it seems that the website has some weird malfunction or something. It doesn't show any of my friends, games, gamerscore, nothing. It's blank. So I'm afraid if I purchase a gold membership through the website that it wouldn't go
through on my Xbox. I need help being able to use the website as well as the Xbox Live app on my computer and be able to see my actual account without this WackiestHorse name coming up and having nothing on my profile!

Hey there, so you have two emails associated with 1 gamertag? I thought this was impossible as you would get an error when trying to associate a gamertag to an email that is already taken.

Or do you mean switch emails between the gamertags? You can't do that through the website and as I understand, you can only do it through the Xbox 360 console at the moment, not sure if anything is in place on the Xbox One yet.

Sorry to hear it. It sounds as though you've accidentally created a new gamertag overtop the existing one. Please follow the steps below to move the tag to a different email address freeing up your main one.
