fortnite on xbox goes by your gamertag name not your epic games name. So either make a new xbox gamertag or pay the 10$ fee to change your xbox gamertag

With this $10 fee instead of making people think about the usernames It makes people realize how stupid Microsoft is and I actually causes more people to quit Microsoft and switch to other platforms, and also this makes people stuck with stupid usernames they made 20 years ago because they can't afford to pay $10 for gamertag now if you make it $2.50 or $5 it won't be bad It's not that hard to pay $2.50 but it's harmful to pay $10 because that can be the difference between your next meal.
