    when going to contact support it says "Xbox Gamers". Are these actual people playing Xbox right now, or is it just the title given to the support employees?

    Xbox 360 gamers can only play with other Xbox 360 gamers. Xbox One gamers can only play with other Xbox one Gamers. The only game I know that will have the ability is World of Tanks.
