Xbox gamerpic verification

Having the gamerpic changed can be one of two reasons.

1. Your account has been compromised.

2. Your gamerpic was changed by the enforcement team as it was in violation of the Code of Conduct of Xbox Live.

If you expect your account has been compromised i would suggest you change your password immediatly and set up a 2 step verification setup.

It takes a while for gamerpic to change, even days. Just wait, if you keep changing all the time, probably the verification time will be reset.

Microsoft needs to make sure that custom gamerpic's are appropriate and verifying the picture takes anywhere between a few minutes to a couple days. If it is under verification, I would wait to reupload a different picture until they either accept or reject
the image.

I went to Microsoft then profile, I saw my gamerpic, went to contact info and it said "There are no phone numbers associated with this account" but every time anything needs a verification code that code gets sent to my mom. I don't know what to
do.

The times can vary for it to take for the GamerPic to show up since they are subject to review (verification) by the enforcement teams at times.

We couldn't speculate on the timeline and the enforcement teams don't use the forums. How long have you been waiting?
