Xbox gamerpic suspension

Hey I have a question about Xbox enforcement. So a week ago I was banned from having a profile pic containing drugs in it that i realize now isn’t the best thing to have on your account even if you are 18 and over. I had the picture 3 weeks ago but decided to take it down couples days after it was uploaded because I wasn’t able to see it. Idk if someone reported me or enforcement just saw it and took action, but just last week it gave me a notification that my xbox live account network has been permanently suspended. I was Immediately freaking out because I had only had three communication suspensions From 2-3 years ago. I tried looking up on social media for help and they said just to go to the Xbox enforcement page and make an appeal. Last Wednesday they sent me a message that it had declined my appeal and that now I was suspended for sexual inappropriate messages which I have not done because I was inactive from Xbox for almost 3 weeks. A couple days later they change my permanent suspension to a regular suspension but still do not give me an end date and I have been waiting for a week and a half now. What should I do because I just want my account of 7 years back?

Yes, multiple enforcement actions could lead to a permanent ban. It doesn't matter what type of suspension or that it's just for gamerpics. And yes, using a gamerpic that was already removed can lead to another suspension.

Yes I understand xbox support can't do anything only people who can is the enforcement team who people can't get in contact with. But my main question is if someone gets voice communication suspended because of a gamepic and it was not removed is it really because of the gamerpic? Also when did the enforcement team stop doing gamerpic suspensions? Normally if it's because of your gamerpic you get gamerpic suspended not communication suspended. Another thing is how they spammed my account with 12 or 9 4day suspension until it reached 8days. I hear the more suspensions you have on your account the worse the punishment and its a possibility of a permanent ban. So for them to add all them active suspensions to my account kinda have me thinking next time it's going to be permanent over a gamerpic that there is nothing wrong with out of all things.

I just realized something, the date now says 12/31/17 here's what it says. Wait is this a permanent ban I'm starting to freak out I just re read it, feel like I'm gonna cry if this is a perm ban.

In this situation you may need to wait, if you can't appeal via enforcement site is not possible to get help or assistance in a different place

No one can redirect to you to enforcement team, and as you already now regular customer support is not able to assist you with enforcement actions.

Yeah, I think I'll just take future changes off the table. Just isn't worth the risk.

I'll just stick with the meaningless gamerpic I picked from the MS list when I first set it up. At least they didn't have a problem with that one! LOL
