Xbox Gamerpic Enforcement

I've recently been gamerpic banned and the picture that I uploaded in no way violates the code of conduct. Also Xbox is not letting me even appeal the ban either. I'd like to upload the picture in the future as well as it has nothing in it that violates
Xbox's very strict terms of service. I want to know if there's anything I can do today or anyone I can contact to change this decision and hopefully have the picture uploaded. (I've attached the picture)

I went to xbox enforcement, however, I did not get an answer that justifies the banishment of my account except: "gamerpic".

The problem is that my gamerpic is a gamerpic from the xbox selection! I have the xbox logo and I'm banned for my gamerpic or is the logic... the enforcement service has no number, no email. customer service is unable to respond to my request. I've been going crazy for 9 days now I can't have a chat group anymore. anyway thank you for your answer ✌🏾

No, there is no way to disable just the custom gamerpics. If you believe that some of these pics to be offensive, then report the gamerpic using the Xbox reporting feature. The enforcement team will check them and remove any that they deem to be offensive.

So just because she's a woman its sexual? its just a funny picture of a woman doing a challenge there's thing pornographic or sexual in this unless you're thinking it is.
