Xbox gamer tag help(log on issues)

I ha e never been asked to log into minecraft as its on the ps4. The remote connect login page doesn't show any gamer tag. Only asks you for your Microsoft login details. Email and password. I've downloaded the xbox app and logged in with the same details
to check and it's the correct account for when I had an xbox. But when using the same details on the remote connect for ps4 minecraft, it's logging me in with a completely different gamer tag and gamer tag picture.

To add to the issue I've logged out of that account on minecraft on the ps4 and tried again using remote connect on the laptop (to see if there's some issue with logging on with my phone) and after entering my email address and password, the ps4 minecraft
says that it will not log in with these details as I've already logged in with the gamer tag I don't recognise. It let's you sign out but it says I can only use that a account.

I resigned to the account using Firefox and the issue persists. No idea where that gamer tag came from. Logged out and back in and still showing the CaseEwe gamer tag.

The online pass that you redeemed is linked to the Gamer Tag used when you entered the code. That Gamer Tag can access the Online Pass by logging into either console. If you want your Son to be able to access those features he needs to either log in under
that Gamer Tag or purchase a new online code for his Gamer Tag. The codes are one use only and only work for one Gamer Tag. Sorry if that isn't the news you wanted but hopefully it helps you.

No, this did not help me. The gamer tag is still active as I can look it up from another account and even send it a friend request. When I look it up it is definitely my profile and it say original Xbox user. So, the account is still active and my problem
is not the gamer tag, its logging in with the e-mail address associated with the gamer tag.

It was a digital purchase. If i log on to the second xbox with the same gamer tag it works.
