    Xbox gamer tag hacked


    Hi my Xbox account has been hacked twice in the past couple months even though I have changed my password multiple times, when I was hacked my gamer tag got changed, I have the account back now through Microsoft support, usually I would would just make a new Microsoft account but that account had all my progress on games, I can't change my name without paying. does anyone know what I can do

    I only share my gamer tag. I did now change my Microsoft account number and when I signed in the hacked person detail immediately showed as my gamer tag...

    Ever notice how a lot of people with some form of the word " LEGIT " in their gamer tag are always involved in hacking or getting hacked ???

    Hi there,

    since you already had contact with I assume Xbox Support it's best to wait those 24-72 hours, if they have told you this before then you could ask if you can be contacted by the tier 3 team at that moment when you have them at the phone?

    Not sure if that is possible, but worth the shot.
