    When I am signed into my Microsoft account and go to https://social.xbox.com/changegamertag it will show my true gamer tag that I recently paid for. But on the same PC when I bring up the xbox app and also on my xbox my old gamer tag still exists. Something
    is not syncing right and I know it's my my PC because when I changed my gamer tag about 3 days ago and I signed into a new PC, the xbox app on the new PC still shows my old gamer tag. This is not good since I paid 9.99. Can you help me?

    There is a period of overlap, and in some cases, both tags will show! You can try logging out, restarting and logging back in. Other than that, just wait it out until everything syncs up

    I'm having this same exact issue now. I tried changing mine to TheOGFireLord, but it still says . I've been charged for it but nothing has changed. It even says TheOGFireLord is still available.
