Xbox gamer points missing!!! Issue needs resolving!!

If it's showing that right after you recovered your account, it's a known glitch. Don't worry about it, to make it go away just get an achievement in a game and it will go back to what it should be.

What is the question exactly? Are you missing achievement points? If so its a known issue that should be resolved soon

I am sorry to know about the issue. Unfortunately, even the Customer support can't offer additional switches to our home Xbox switches. We only have 5 switches in one year but it's based on the date you first switched your home Xbox. So it's not necessarily following the actual year or date.

Try to go back to the home Xbox settings, select Help when you see the error message. You may be eligible to receive an exception.

On the other hand, what did you mean by your newer console can't connect? Can it connect to your wireless network but unable to connect to the internet like you cannot play your games online or multiplayer?

Seriously, not working again today. It's completely worthless hit or miss like this. These network issues need to get resolved or there are going to be a lot of xbox one returns.

I went ahead and used the support call back feature and an Xbox representative promptly called me back and was able to immediately credit me my missing points plus some extra for my inconvenience since there seemed to have been an error in the system causing
my missing points.
