Xbox Gamer Picture

I have been having troubles with changing my Xbox gamer pic to a custom gamer pic lately. Once I click upload photo I am told I am to young to upload a picture. My account birth date is set to June 5 2000. Please respond ASAP, Daniel.

Xbox one gamer pictures

The new gamerpics suck! Can we expect any new pictures like the 360 had? I remember buying or getting for free multiple different packs and not being able to see the same gamerpic. Now I see the same gorilla every match.

Canadas Xbox Live Marketplace, Lesser inventory than the US.

xbox usa gets better free gamer pictures and canada gets crap cell phone gamer pictures and avengers gamer pictures for free and we get nothing

You will have to change your account from a child account to an adult account, you can find out about doing so by watching rhis video:

Is your date of birth entered correctly on your account? The birthdate entered on your account on creation is what the system goes by so even if you changed it on account.microsoft.com at some point it would not carry over to your xbox account.

The account cannot be manually changed to an adult account. Once the birthdate on the account reaches 18 it will automatically promote to an adult account.

I believe this is becoming a trend problem, several folks recently have said the same thing, I believe there might be an issue with transferring a child's account to an adult account right now. i would suggest you talk to a customer support person from Microsoft
and explain this issue, I am sure they are aware of it all ready because of the amount of complaints we are all receiving

Select your gamer card from the Xbox 360 main menu. Open your profile.

Select Edit Gamer Profile.

Select Gamer Picture.

Select Change Gamer Picture to change your gamer picture to one of the other gamer pictures stored on your system. Choose the picture you want from the list with the "A" button.

Hi there, when you tried to change it to the BF4 picture did you do it like this:

◦Change Personal Picture: This option lets you set a personal picture that only people on your Friends List can see.

◦Download Gamer Pictures: This option opens the Xbox Live Games Store, where you can download more pictures.

◦Take Personal Picture: If you have an Xbox Live Vision Camera connected to your Xbox 360 Console, you can use this option to take a personal picture and use it in your gamer profile. For more information, see Set up and use the Xbox Live Vision camera.

Hello, I'm sorry you are having issues changing your gamer picture on your profile. I see that you've also reinstalled your gamer profile on your Xbox. So first, I want to make sure that you follow these steps to change your gamer picture on your Xbox profile:

To change your gamer picture, follow these steps:

Select Gamer Picture on the Edit Gamer Profile menu.
Select one of the following options:

I hope that solves the issue.

It might be that the gamer picture can take a while to update. When a
gamer picture is used that was not packaged with the Xbox 360 it may take a some time to update. Usually these times vary though. If you change it on your profile, can you log into your account on xbox.com on your computer and see
it there?

No problems, hopefully we can assist. Are you trying to set the gamer picture through your console, or through the website?

Also, remember that the website does not display your gamer picture correctly from the xbox one, for example my gamer picture that appears next to this post (on the left) is my gamer picture from my 360, and is not my current gamer picture. Your current
gamer picture will be displayed at the top right of the screen
