I recommend that you reset your password and create a strong one (there are some applications and websites that help you create a random strong password) and enable the 2FA using the Microsoft Authenticator

No, I cannot click the insert button. I can hover over the button and it tells me that its Insert Picture, but it will not let me select it.

Hey GazzaAwesome! When you click to add the picture do you ever see a pop up window? When you do, do you change the height and width to allow, say, 1000? If you don't change those settings this would prevent you from inserting a picture. Give that a shot
and if you still can't we'll figure something else out.
