    Im wondering if i got banned or something

    honestly i wouldnt know why

    but i cant change my gamerpic

    i have a friend that told me microsoft is taking that feature out but i dont believe him

    im just wondering when will i be able to change it to a custom pic again

    if someone can answer this i would really appreciate it

    The ability to use a custom gamer pic has actually been temporarily disabled for all of players on Xbox try using a Xbox default gamer pic

    Transferring items to Xbox 1

    Avatar Items are automatically transferred and you can see them when customizing your avatar. Themes and Gamer Pics from 360 cannot be used on Xbox One. The only way to keep to use a 360 gamer pic is to not select an Xbox One pic.
