You should be able to now change your gamer pic as this feature has now been reinstated. You can also change your gamer pic through the xbox app

Hi! Xbox 360 image packs or gamerpics can't be used on the later Xbox's, we just don't have that feature yet, and once you've change your Xbox 360 gamerpic to something else on the later gen Xbox's, then you can't change it back to any Xbox 360 gamer pic.

I like voice messaging. They sure are leaving out MANY of the features which 360 can do (a party chat which is easy and fun and works, voice messaging, USB pic/vid support, access to HDD under settings, ability to change the UI background with a theme/pic,
battery indicator, recent players list, bio/motto/location on your profile). I understand that you can't send voice messages and voice chat between 1 and 360, but not being able to send voice messages between other Xbox 1'ers??

I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone from Xbox. The virtual assistant isn't helpful and when I've requested a call back, it says there's a problem on their end. What happened to Xbox's web chat feature? Every other website i use has it and it resolves issues very fast.
