    I have entered the free month's trial code for my Xbox one gamer pass which came with the brand new game but the new features aren't there. it just asks me to add my code or pay for the month but when I try to add the code again I am told it has already
    been used. how do I get th e free month's trial of gamer pass to work

    So I completely understand you. I'd have to claim the pass on the bundled Xbox (now my son's) with my gamer profile, and once I do, I'll be able to access my gamer profile on a different XBOX and utilize the Game Pass Ultimate that has just been activated?
