Xbox gamepass ultimate won't open I keep getting an error message

No I just want to play New Vegas and Oblivion on Xbox One X but it won't let me save my progress or connect to Xbox Live at all on any 360 games that I downloaded with my game pass ultimate. That's the error message I keep getting when I try.

did you get gamepass or gamepass ultimate, as the ultimate version has the gold requirement for online play, this is needed to play online.

are you getting any error message.

also to use fortnite your lad will need an epic account making too.

Under your account it has to say Xbox GamePass Ultimate, if it doesn't say that then you have to keep paying for Gold and Gamepass to get both.

hello, i'm trying to get the xbox game pass ultimate for my profile but, when i go and make click at the option "subscribe" it send an error. i'm trying in my console and my computer but doesnt matter where i try it always send me the error message.
What happend with it? did i need a xbox game pass membership for buy the ultimate ?

You shouldnt need a gamepass membership or gold too get ulitmate. What error message are you trying exactly? What steps if any have you tried?
