Xbox Gamepass Ultimate $1 Deal

So back in December I found out about this deal and bought it, I didn’t know how to cancel the recurring billing and thought I had figured it out but instead I accidentally gave myself a refund of the $1. I tried to do the deal again but since I had “owned gamepass ultimate before” I couldn’t because it’s only for new members. I tried getting support and asking if Microsoft could give me my time back but they said they couldn’t so I gave up. Now, the $1 deal is back and I was hoping to be able to ask Microsoft if they could let me purchase it since I only owned gamepass for about 2 hours.
