Xbox Gamepass Quest tile on xbox

So i have been a Gamepass user for a while. took some time from the xbox to play on my pc. came back to the xbox about a month ago and noticed that the gamepass quest was no longer showing under the My games and apps > Memberships > Xbox gampass then
to the left of the featured part before the list of games.

whats going on? i have noticed alot of people having this kind of problem. i have tried the soft reset, tried removing my account and re downloading it. nothing seems to get it to be shown.

another mention im part of the insider program. i thought that might be the reason but some people are not part of it and are having the same problem.

Hi Kez,

Being you are in the insider program, we suggest you go to the
insider forums and post your issue there. The updates you receive through there may be affecting the quest not showing. Also the general public gets one a month usually, Insider program gets many more.

Are you on an Xbox insider preview update when this is happening?

every month xbox does an update? yes while being in the Xbox insider preview we update the xbox a hell of alot more than once or twice a month so i dont see where your going with your comment and no it did not help
resolve my problem because like i said when i go to the gamepass in the apps and games there is no QUEST THERE

Hello Kez,

Every month Xbox does updates to the consoles. Sometimes these are updates to the operating system that changes the looks and features of the Xbox. AS in this you need to go into the game pass tile then go to the quest.

what exactly do you mean by that?

because being part of the insider program means your ahead of people that are not part of it, as in ahead on updates.
