Xbox Gamepass Perks Not Working

Ok here is my problem
I have ultimate gamepass but there seems to be a problem with the pc client it doesn't let me redeem anything from the perks page.

(I get the error: sorry we're having trouble showing the details of this perk right now. Try again a little later)

I looked everywhere but the only solution I got was that I could redeem them from my phone but most important ones like like Youtube premium, Discord Nitro or Crunchyroll subs can't be redeemed on phone.

I don't wanna buy an xbox just to be able to claim these perks...
I looked everywhere but couldn't find a solution
PS: I can play the games normally but there is also a problem when I'm signing in to my xbox account every time.

Keep in mind the xbox gamepass ultimate must be on her account and can't be gameshare for xcloud to work

Cloud is a subscriber perk only

This might be an issue with the app itself! I suggest uninstalling the app completely! Everytime that it tried to give me a hard time I do this and it works wonders! Here are the steps!

Is it against the rules for "Independent Advisors" to ever just say "this error isn't caused by the user-end, there isn't anything you can do, it's up to Microsoft to fix a broken app"?

Because I've looked at a few months worth of these posts looking for a solution to my problem, and not once do the independent advisors ever suggest that it's a failure of the app on the server-side. They always blame the user. There's always something the user is doing wrong. Even if the user does every thing all the independent advisors suggest, they still come back in the replies being like "well maybe it's just you, dumb dumb."

Can y'all, just once, say "maybe there is an issue with the app that needs to be fixed by the developers"? Just a little honesty? One of the most profitable companies in the world has a broken app that they aren't very concerned with fixing. That's the true answer, isn't it? It's not that every single one of the people running into this very common issue are just big dumb dumbs who don't know basic stuff about how computers work.

First, welcome to the Xbox community. Apparently, it's a general problem, I've had this error for days, and my alternative is to use the Xbox game pass app on my smartphone to be able to claim my perks. I've tried numerous solutions too, I believe this can only be resolved with an update from Microsoft.

I suggest you report this issue to the Xbox team, I did the same, I hope they resolve it. You may be reporting this issue via the link below.

NOTE: Only some perks can be claimed by the Xbox game pass mobile app.

- At the moment, the only solution is to use a smartphone to redeem the perks.
