Xbox Gamepass PC & Windows 11

Hello All.

So today I was going to play a game on gamepass PC however it was an older version. Sadly the only fix is to reinstall they say. So while trying to uninstall it just wouldnt proceed. Rebooted and of course now I have a Installing 0%. I can try to download different games and same thing.

Steps so far:

Time/Date/Region Good.

Store reset, app reset, app uninstalled, logged out/in both app store and xbox

used the common powershell comment to remove gaming services etc.

Updated windows.

Regedit to remove gaming services and restarted.

So basically Gamepass PC no longer works. Windows 11.

Any further steps before I cancel gamepass? I will also be selling the xbox for sure if this is type of service gamepass is. There are numerous videos over the last year and ive followed a few. So clearly nobody knows what causes this issue. Hope that changes here.

So since last update have …..

Clean booted uninstalled . Tried reinstall fresh and change folder names etc.

Still at 0%

At this point I’ll be asking for my money back on games as I can’t access them on my pc. Clearly something has gone very wrong and I am not reloading my PC from scratch to make game pass work. I would rather get refunds and stop supporting this product.

Can a legit support person please respond with something not copy paste guessing to figure it out.

Try to perform a clean boot to disable any 3rd party services on your PC.

Then simply refresh your connection - try to turn on Airplane mode, if possible try to restart your PC before turning off Airplane mode and connect back to your network.

Don't forget to check any available updates from the Microsoft Store.

Hello

Upon reboot launched ms store. Up to date. Lunched Xbox app.

Queued 1/1 Conan exiles 0%

Can’t do anything here as up top where it says manage installs (checking for updates……….)

Same problem others seem to have. Can’t cancel or do anything here
