XBOX Gamepass PC games will not launch. None of them. Ever.

So Ive had the Unlimited service since July 2019 and have yet to be able to play a game on my PC. I am able to download games to my acct thru the XBOX PC (beta) app but when I try to launch a game, its launch screen will appear for about 8 sec, then disappear.
Every so often the XBOX app itself will crash. This has happened since I signed up for Unlimited service almost a year ago but since I log most of my PC gaming on Steam or other servers, I let this issue slide thinking a patch would be issued that would resolve
these problems. No such luck. My troubleshooting has included:

Resetting, Restoring and uninstalling/re-installing the XBOX PC (beta) app multiple times

uninstalling/re-installing all game titles to different drives on my PC

Updated my Windows 10 Pro

At this point I'm leaning toward canceling my service. Anybody have any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Don't feel silly and DOUBLY THANK YOU for posting the answer to the solution. It will be helpful to someone else who searches for this issue, I guarantee it, even if they don't ever post or show it.

Glad it's working for you, though, and sorry about the frustration it caused before. What's the first game you're going to fire up?

So, I was playing around with my settings and seemed to have fixed my issue. I feel pretty silly but thought I would share the remedy to my issue:

In Xbox (beta) app go to "Profile and Settings" in upper right corner
Go to "Settings" -> "General"
Scroll down to "Offline Permissions" and enable the offline permissions. You can enable 3 computers a year.
*Poof*

Are you able to install and run apps from the Windows 10 Store? The Xbox (Beta) still pulls the game from the Windows 10 store. I would recommend trying to initiate download and launch for one of those titles from there and see if you get the same result.
If it doesn't, I'd say stop here and let us know, and we can troubleshoot the Xbox app specifically. If it gives you issues, then try the next steps I suggest:

In terms of the Xbox app itself crashing, what I would recommend for that is going to Settings > Apps > and then in the list, find "Gaming Services", "Xbox (Beta)" (or just "Xbox" I think they're in the process of updating it to remove the (Beta) tag), "Xbox
Live", and "Xbox Game Bar". For each of those, click on them, select "Advanced Options" and then click "Reset". Once you've "Reset" the apps I've listed, reboot your computer and see if there is still an issue.

If it persists, then do the same process of "Resetting" the Windows 10 Store app.

If that doesn't work, then you can also try signing out of the WIndows 10 store, then signing back in.

Don't feel bad Xbox live gold is bugged also I bought a month and it don't give me a month money down the drain it needs fixed also

There is definitely gamepass for PC, but it isn’t available for xbox 360. None of the games on game pass are compatable with it.
