Xbox Gamepass PC App can't load my subscription. What do i do?

This is on the Xbox(beta) app. I have tried re-logging my account from both this app and the Microsoft store and have also updated both apps with no change at all. I can still play and update the games i already have downloaded but i can't download other games
from the app as they show up as below.

This is definitely not on my end as I was just using the app yesterday. Others are also experiencing this issue and i have tried to do what i can do on my end.

Thank you, Se7enFps. I started downloading Greedfall right now through the MS store.

MS, fix the XBox app please. An official support representative should've replied by now, too.

Exactly the same problem. Tried uninstalling - resetting - logging in and out. Just keeps throwing that error. MS - please fix this ASAP. Or provide us with a solution.

I managed to download it by searching it up through the microsoft store. The store itself and the microsoft site seem to both see that i have a subscription. It's only the xbox app itself that can't see it

Good morning,

I have encountered the same problem since I logged in today. The XBox app repeatedly tries to get me to subscribe to Game Pass, although I have a valid subscription paid monthly and to be renewed on 27th December, 2020 only. I have tried, like Se7enFps,
to reload the application and checked my membership online too, to no avail.

I would like to proceed with installing Greedfall, but I can't since the membership isn't recognised. Please patch the software and fix the bug.

Same man, i bought it a while ago and when i go to xbox app i have the same thing happening, it doesnt recognise my purchase. Cant even contact support anywhere.
