Xbox gamepass on pc not downloading games from the library

Recently I got the xbox gamepass ultimate subscription, it works fine on the xbox one but im currently transitioning to gaming on pc and the service is quite the deal, but its not working how its supposed to on my pc the download will go as far as 38.2 MBs downloaded and then it just stops right there and remains stuck, the only exception to this was microsoft flight simulator which didnt get stuck at 38.2 MBs and proceeded to download the entire game correctly but from all the games i tried that was the only one. For information sake i have a stable 25 megabits per second download speed and i have'nt had this issue with any other store like steam or epic games

download the xbox app and sign in with your account that has gamepass pc, then download the games from gamepass pc.

i have already tried the restarting device method, uninstall and reinstall xbox app, tried downloadingdirectly form the microsoft store, i did the Windows PowerShell under still having problems category, and still pretty much no game continues the download after it reaches 38.2 MB, now what?

With gamepass you get a library of games but with gamepass ultimate you get the games, xbox live gold and access to gamepass for the pc.

so personally I use ultimate because I use ot on my xbox and pc, so it’s entirely your preference

Ultimate also works on pc

You just get the pc libraries and the cloud play

Gamepass for console.has xbox games

Gamepass for.pc.has pc.only games

Gamepass ultimate has.both and cloud play

You can't access console.games on pc unless cloud

Same.with console.can't access pc games part of ultimate
