    Xbox Gamepass Launcher FPS issue


    Any of the demanding games, I have on xbox gamepass run terribly on my PC. I was able to play Fallout 76 perfectly fine for a few weeks but the game just started running at like 10 fps without anyway to change it. Lowering or Highering graphical setting didn't change performance, and I ended up getting the game on steam where it worked perfectly fine again but if I launched the game through gamepass it starting running at 10 fps again. Fallout 76 isn't the only game to have this issue, I had the same problem with Prey where the game worked fine for 2 weeks and then started only running at extremely low fps. This problem doesn't happen with less demanding games like Gang Beasts or Minecraft. It seems like the xbox launcher is throttling my PC's performance. I don't believe this to be a hardware issue my PC more then meets the requirements for these games and the issue doesn't exist on steam but only on xbox launcher.

    My PC specs

    GPU: nvidia 3090ti

    CPU: Intel i9

    Ram: 32gb

    OS: windows 10

    all games running on a SSD

    I just doubled checked and yeah the games are running on my 3090 and not on integrated graphics. I also went into the windows display setting and set the games to high performance mode but that also did not fix the issue.

    Same issue with 30fps cap in fullscreen mode. Game is installed through gamepass/Xbox for PC app and will only give 60 fps running in windowed mode. Maximizing the game window also drops the fps from 60 to 30, no matter the resolution. Any help would be
