XBox Gamepass DIDN'T CANCEL AND CHARGED ME

So recently, I noticed that my gamepass that I had cancelled last month had actually charged me a few days ago. The thing is, as I already mentioned, I cancelled it. What's more. when I went to cancel it it told me that my subscriptions would end on the
same day I tried to cancel, but the next day, said I had it for the month.

I want a refund.

Still charged me after I cancelled

So basically I wanted to cancel auto renewal. It charged me the $11 then didn't even give me the month of xbox live for it. I then bought the 1 month for $1, seeing as though I had no xbox live. Now the $11 payment still came out of my bank account.

Ok I have a question if I cancel my Xbox live gold membership on my other account it has a one year if I cancel it will my remaining money be refunded or will I get charged a fee help guys!!!

If you're eligible for a refund, you can follow these steps to cancel the subscription:

Sign into your account's subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services

Find your subscription and select Manage.

Select Cancel subscription and follow the instructions. If you're eligible for a refund, you'll see an option to cancel immediately with a refund.

They didn't steal from you, you didn't tell them to stop charging you, therefore they still had permission your permission to charge you. It's beyond me why people try to cancel subscriptions by removing their card rather than just CANCELING.

Thanks for the reply. No, this original charge was legitimate as I was signed up for a free trial, but I can't find any way of canceling it.

If you're on Xbox One, click the Xbox button, hiver over to your profile pic, click a and hover down to my subscriptions. After looking at your subscriptions, you can see if you are accidentally still subscribed to Xbox Live Gold or Gamepass. If you want
to cancel it, click on the subscription, pick the option to manage and then hover down to the bottom of the page to find a link to cancel if you don't want it.

Just remember that you can lose access to some games from your library if you cancel GamePass and lose access to online features if you cancel Live.
