    XBOX GamePass data wiped!?


    Hi.

    I was playing Doom Eternal via my friend’s Xbox before I bought my own. I wanted his save data on my Xbox so I signed in my Xbox account on his Xbox (to test) and noticed none of my save data was on his system.

    I then signed out my account and signed him back in, only to find none of his save data is there anymore either!!!

    Is this normal?? Is there any way of retrieving it?

    You need to confirm that you are using the same Bethesda account in the game with both profiles, you could try reinstalling the game and then log back in and check the Bethesda account is properly linked

    Yes iv uninstalled every GB of data from my xbox and it will still bring up the microsoft store telling me to buy the game when ever the game is inserted, but if i take the same CD and insert into my roomates xbox without gamepass, it works just fine (i used a guest profile after wiping everything as well incase it was a licensing issue)

    You need to format the drive on the Xbox. This will wipe all data and only be useable on xbox.
