Xbox gamepass cloud, Xbox controller joystick keeps hitting "quick actions toggle"

The two workarounds that worked for most people were:

- Keep your mouse on the quick actions tab (closed). That seems to override the controller opening it.

- Cick and hold the QAT menu and drag it to the very bottom left of the screen. It must be in the very bottom of the screen. If the menu is even a little bit above the furthest point down, controller input will still register with the QAT menu. This ONLY works in full screen mode, if I am playing in windowed mode, controller input still activates the menu.

I also am experiencing this issue. I attempted the re-install suggestion and it worked for about 10 seconds then the problem came back again. I also tried the “put mouse over it” fix and the “drag to lower left corner” fixes and they did not work either. This makes the Xbox streaming functionality impossible to use for me. I am on a Microsoft Surface Pro 8, using a Microsoft Xbox controller with a Microsoft Xbox Cloud subscription. Could Microsoft please fix this so I can use my device, accessories, software, and subscription as intended?

Prolly figured it out by now, but this is for other people that search for this like me......Of course CC needs to be off under settings on Xbox (which mine was and CC was still on).TOO EASY: Hit A button
on controller to toggle CC on and off while streaming. Move joystick to get the CC to show up in bottom right corner, if it is blue then it is on...hit A button and the blue highlight will vanish and so will the annoying CC on screen.

When your program starts , flick left joystick down to highlight ' Audio & Subtitles ' , which appears at the bottom of screen. Hit A button, then choose ' subtitles off '

You can toggle them on off, using the joystick etc.

AJLawless, try this:

Backup your music

Turn on the cloud toggles in Xbox Music on Surface

Give it an hour or so to sync up

Delete all music from your surface using the controls provided in the Music app

Give it an hour to sync the deletions to your cloud

Turn off the cloud toggles

Restore your collection from your backup
