    Hi,

    I bought a new Samsung smart tv in December 2022 (Samsung QE55S95B). Today I tried the xBox app the first time and I could log in and everything looks okay, but when trying to start a game the play button is grayed out and I cannot play. The games I tried were specifically in the cloud gaming category so it shouldn't be the problem.

    I do have GamePass Ultimate and have successfully played with my phone on cloud.

    Do you have Game Pass Ultimate? You need that to play Cloud gaming on your TV.

    Not an issue with your TV. I'm having the same issue on my MacBook and many others on their consoles too. (16th September).

    I bought the Samsung Q60B, and I’ve been streaming Xbox games on it for months. Was even playing Starfield earlier today. Tonight, I went to resume my game and now I have the same issue. App works just like it always has, except every single game’s Play button is greyed out.

    Because you DONT meet the system requirements

    SEA isn't a xbox gamepass ultimate region nor cloud

    You are only supported via gamepass for pc

    Samsung still requires you to be in an xbox gamepass ultimate cloud region

    They check based on your Geoip not where you bought the tv from

    This is to help since cloud is speed based since it does eat a lot of bandwidth
