Xbox gamepass broken [PC]

It's a complete mess. I bought it recently for the outer world's. However I couldn't play the game without having to mess around with the stupid sign in
[Mod Removed - Inappropriate] when you load the game up. It just keeps me at the main menu. But see, it's not just outer world's. Literally every game I play I can't play because after accepting or even declining the stupid Xbox live prompt
I am STUCK IN THE MAIN MENU. I don't get it. All the games I've downloaded I cannot play. What is this? Saints row 4, dishonered 2, Vampyr, Shadow of War, Forza 4, Shadow warrior 2, Sunset overdrive, Tomb raider and more... AND NONE WORK. what is the point
of me downloading these games if Microsoft is going to lock me out of it. Yeah it's dirt cheap but why am I not getting the product I paid for. It is so frustrating wasting my time downloading a game to only find it's broken.

Seriously what is wrong with my gamepass. If there's an answer help me please.

sorry to hear. Please help us to help you, did you receive any errorcode?? Do you always hang in the game menu or don't start the game when you try to launch it via the Game Pass app?

I don't receive any error codes and the game will always launch successfully but once I reach the title screen and the xbox live prompt comes up I am stuck in that title screen. I have a stable internet connection so it can't be that.

Is your Xbox set up as the home console? If not, you need to have an internet connection to be able to play.

Hi again, and thanks for keeping us informed. Maybe you use different users?? So
make sure your Computer Login is the same as your XBOX-Account!
Select the Start button, then select Settings/Accounts/Your Info/ there should be the same email as your XBOX account!
Check also if all 4 XBOX Services and the 2 gaming service are running (via taskmanager). And try to stop for testing the Firewall/antivirus!!

Hi, thank you so much for the help. For me what worked was checking the xbox services and disabling antivirus and firewall. I found all of the xbox services were stopped and so by forcing them to start again it finally worked! Thank you!
