Ben bir ay önce 6 tl ye 1 aylık xbox gamepass üyeliği satın aldım,bu gün süresi bitiyordu bu gün iptal edecektim fakat edemeden üyeliğimin yenilendiğini gördüm,hesabımdan 15 tl çekilmiş ve ben iade etmek istiyorum.Abonelikler kısmına geldiğimde herhangi
bir iade seçeneği ile karşılaşamadım ne yapmam gerekli.

[Translation-I bought a 1-month xbox gamepass membership for $6 a month, it expired today, i was going to cancel it today, but I saw my membership renewed before I could, £15 was withdrawn from my account and I want to return it. When I got to the

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with a situation like this. I can totally understand how one would want a refund if they did not want the subscription to be renewed. Unfortunately, all I can suggest is submitting a

refund request on your own and seeing if it goes through.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

you can't get a refund, however, if you don't want to be deducted every month and you don't want to have the game pass anymore, think about stopping the automatic renewal of your subscription.

I would have to agree with this pc gaming has no monthly subscription fee, now on the other hand gamepass is so worth the fee

Unfortunately, the promotion of 1 dollar for 1 month of Gamepass is over, for now the standard monthly fee has returned.
