    Xbox GamePass App on Windows 10 - Blank screen


    It's been two days now I've been unable to start the Xbox app for GamePass on my Windows 10 PC. When starting it, all appears normal with the green background and Xbox logo, but after this it's just a blank screen and nothing else happens.

    All apps are full up to date, including Windows 10 itself, a restart of my PC doesn't change anything. I've also tried a full reset of all Xbox apps, also tried fully un-installing all Xbox apps and then re-installing them, but it still behaves in the same
    manner as I described above.

    I'd normally contact Xbox support directly, but it seems like the rest of Microsoft, they're following the philosophy that the customer must be avoided at all costs, and make it as difficult as possible to get technical support.

    So, anyone here any ideas please on what I could do next to try and fix this?

    Streaming to windows 10

    Doesn't work for me at all.

    Either the Xbox app on Windows 10 doesn't detect the Xbox One or when they do see each other, and I'm told everything is working correctly, all I get is a blank screen.

    For me, I can stream for like 1 minute only then the screen went totally blank on Xbox App on Windows.

    I am using Windows 11 Xbox App and Xbox One X console.

    download the xbox beta app for windows 10 then get it that way, it is available from the windows store and is in gamepass for pc too.

    Yes you can if you have gamepass Ultimate you can link your xbox account to windows 10 using the gamepass app(beta)
