Xbox GamePass App not working and games self-deleting

um apparently it fixed it self after following this guide How to change install directory for xbox (beta) app gamepass - Microsoft Community and so i dont know how to delete this guide. too

are you installing to the internal drive or to an external hard drive?

I don’t think that your saved has been deleted but you’ll have to download the game again, maybe you gave it to uninstall unintentionally

It sounds like the update was cancelled somehow. If an update is cancelled it will delete the entire game as well.

The saves would be fine since those are separate from the game data.
