Xbox GamePass App Incorrectly Reporting Suspension

There is a new issue, but it's not the same as that one. The notifications people are getting are on the console and are actual suspensions. It's just that everyone is being told it's permanent when it's probably not, but the enforcement site is not updating to show the enforcements either.

Ya I have recently had that happen to me, my account saying I have a “perm” ban but when I called support they told me it will only be a week? Is Xbox going to fix this issue or compensate it’s players for this error on their part. Kinda ridiculous they have falsely suspended tons of players for no reason

Seeing lots of posts recently about accounts being suspended but not knowing why. Made me think it was a new issue.

Your case is different as you're actually suspended. The glitch noted in this thread is just a notification error, but the person doesn't get suspended. Microsoft is working on a fix for your issue, but the suspension itself would be legitimate, it's just a glitch in the notifications telling you it's permanent and the website having issues. They do not compensate for suspensions.

Yeah, that glitch has been around for a while. It'll usually clear up on its own within about a week.
