    Hi, my controller is out of battery power. The accumulator from the "eneloop" firm. I connected the USB-C cable from the XBOX. During charging, there should be an indication on the cable, orange - charging, white - charged. But my indicator is off. However, the gamepad connected to the computer without problems, the computer receives commands from the gamepad. The controller seems to be charging, but I'm not sure.

    Question: Do I have a defective cable? Or is it a problem that I'm using a different battery? Why is the charging indicator not working? How else can you make sure your battery is 100% charged?

    Привет, у меня кончился заряд аккумулятора в геймпаде. Аккумулятор от фирмы "eneloop". Я подключил кабель USB-C от XBOX. Во время зарядки на кабеле должна быть индикация, оранжевый - заряжается, белый - заряжен. Но у меня индикатор не горит. Однако геймпад подключился к компьютеру без проблем, компьютер получает команды от геймпада. Геймпад вроде как заряжается, но я не уверен.

    Вопрос: у меня бракованный кабель? или проблема в том что использую другой аккумулятор? Почему не работает индикатор зарядки? Как ещё можно убедиться что аккумулятор заряжен на 100%?

    Wireless Xbox one gamepad won't pair with xbox wireless adapter.

    I solved the problem. I tried another USB c cable to pair the gamepad itself.

    The new Xbox Series Controller only works properly if connected by a USB-C cable. If connected by Bluetooth (quality third-party dongle), some games do not even recognize the input and some will, but menu buttons will not work and other buttons may not work
    as they are supposed to.

    I have connected my controller by a cable and updated it with the Xbox Accessories App - same issues.

    Could you please advise on how to resolve the issues I am having? Thanks!
    I have the same problem, windows says that the controller is paired via bluetooth but the xbox accessories app does not recognize it. It works perfectly if connected by a USB-C cable.

    I have a bluetooth 4.0 dongle

    As weird as it is, Xbox Accessories App will only recognize the gamepad if it is connected by a cable - it is as designed.

    However, it does not explain, why the gamepad misbehaves, while it is guaranteed to work properly if you have up-to-date drivers and Windows update.

    When the gamepad is connected to the PC with a wire, the problem disappears. But when I disconnect usb-c from gamepad, it appears again.

    Yes this sound makes the headset. This is the case if the gamepad is connected to the cable. If you put the batteries in the gamepad and disconnect the cable, this sound will stop.
